Primer Prix, SL is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to the website www.primerprix.com and explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are.
Who is the data controller?
Primer Prix, SL, registered office at Carrer Sant Jordi, 2, AD200 Pas de la Casa (Andorra), registered in the Companies Registry of the Principality of Andorra with tax registration number L-718951-M. Data protection contact: protecciodades@primerprix.com.
What data do we collect?
In accordance with Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection (LQPD), we only process the data you give us in the forms:
- Supplier enquiries: full name, company, brands you represent, email, phone and your message.
- Job applications: first name, surname, email, phone, the position you are applying for, your message and the CV you attach.
We do not ask for sensitive data. If your CV contains any, please leave it out.
Why do we process it?
- To answer enquiries and commercial proposals from suppliers.
- To manage recruitment for Primer Prix and its stores.
We do not use this data to send advertising.
How long do we keep it?
Supplier data, for as long as the business relationship lasts or as needed to deal with the enquiry. Applications, for the duration of the recruitment process and, for speculative applications, for up to one year so they can be considered for future vacancies. After that the data is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who do we share it with?
We do not pass your data on to third parties. To run the website we use technology providers that process it solely on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Brevo (sending the form messages by email). These providers may process data outside Andorra with the safeguards required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to protecciodades@primerprix.com with a copy of your ID. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Security
Primer Prix applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and keep it confidential.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
